Adjusting the color of the 'Highlight Area' tool does not change the color of the Highlighted area
Problem:
When selecting the 'Highlight Area' tool in PDF Converter Professional 8 and choosing a color from the color palette other than the default (Yellow), the color of the highlighted area on the PDF document does not change to the color specified.
Cause:
The color options located in the 'Highlight Area' tool's color palette set the border color of the highlighted area, not the fill color of the highlighted area.
Solution:
Follow the steps below in order to change the fill color of the 'Highlight Area' tool:
Note: To set the applied color as the default fill color for the Highlight Area tool, right-click on the highlighted area and select the 'Set Appearance as Default Properties' option.
I want to highlight, preferably permanently, all instances of a search result in a PDF. For example, I want to highlight all examples of the word 'class' in a piece about Karl Marx to make finding the material I need to make notes on easier.
I suspect the reason I can't do this on either Foxit or Adobe Reader is that they both re-scan the document every time you highlight a search result, and this takes a long time. Mpp to mpx converter primavera.

The workaround I discovered is to use the redaction tool. Change your redaction property from black to yellow, then use the 'Text Overlay' function to re-enter that same word on the redaction mark
